Things have gone far enough and I am frightened enough that I called my U.S. Congressman today to express my deep uncomfortableness with Trump. The discomfort and worry is visceral. I fear for my safety, and for the safety of all of us.
Some have wondered fearfully what a Trump Presidency would be like. We are already beginning to see what a Republican Party with Trump at its head is like. It is enervated, it is kow-towing, it is without bright moral boundary lines. And it is already affecting the country. We can and must do better, and in a very near time. Our children are counting on us.
