Some seem to be practically giving away the keys to the city itself.
The Seattle Times reports that plans for Amazon's second headquarters is being treated as an opportunity to bargain away democracy itself -- at least to a dangerous extent. With a company already having done such great damage to brick-and-mortar retailers (such as J. C. Penney), this is not the right way for cities to go. Read more here:
