The new Constitution Working Group of Occupy Wall Street has produced a document under the leadership of Bob Schulz, long an active voice on Constitutional issues. Whether the protestors know of his association with certain Libertarian movements, his imprint is upon the statement found at the link below.
Overall, it is a fine document. There is even beauty in its lines. I do wonder what a Constitutional historian and expert would say about the statement that "All Elected Officials are limited by our written Constitutions - If Not Authorized in writing, such acts are UNLAWFUL." That seems overly broad and vague to me. Otherwise, I don't have any questions about the document at this point. Perhaps further scrutiny will give rise to more questions.
It is good to see the Occupy movement developing. Let us hope the original energy and purpose will be maintained. We the people are amazed and grateful it has lasted this long already.

We have been battling for fourteen(14) years a ruthless, malicious people in the State of Missouri. They have decided that eventhough there are Laws protecting US Citizens against illegal seizures they are going to break every other Law to harm, hurt, impoverish our family. They claim for 1998 we made $400,000 and owe $82,000 in taxes and have not produced the tax year nor want to help in resolving this tax year. They claim the Right of the ten(10) year Statute of limitations is what they deem it to be, so 13years8months,9days after they are now proceeding with seizing our real esstate property. They have violated every US Constitutional Right, Taxpayer Right, Civil Right and refuse to honor our payment arrangement and being unemployed without any unemployment checks say we continue to owe big State and Federal Government. Even with the Attorney's we have hired they have charged us but done nothing. It reminds me of John Adams decree, "usurpian government" [a governement seizing without right]in which Laws are the civil manner to resolve disputes but are ignore for "their" benefit.
