Wolf Blitzer of CNN says this speech is a clear explanation of what can be called the Obama doctrine. As I hear it this doctrine is an expansion of the rationale for U.S. military involvement around the world.
Reporters on CNN are likewise reporting armed civilians now involved in defending the Qaddafi regime. They ask how the Coalition is going to respond to this new situation.
