A judge in Wisconsin has issued a temporary restraining order blocking implementation of the recently-signed bill which sought to cripple public-sector employee unions in the state. The ruling appears to hold up the effective date of the new so-called law, at least for the time being. While much more will be required to stop this horrendous bill from taking effect, this ruling is clearly a step toward greater enlightenment regarding the issues at stake.
