Trump Serious Threat to Democracy: New York Magazine

Plato, the ancient Greek philosopher who saw his mentor Socrates die at the hands of society, knew a thing or two about democracies and mob action.  This is shown in his works such as The Republic.  In a new essay, former blogger Andrew Sullivan writes brilliantly about the Trump phenomenon we have amongst us.

All the major points about Trump's threat are here and then some.  It is clearer than ever that America is at a point in which authority is threatening to break down and disappointment and frustration have risen.  (Authority is not necessarily a bad thing.)

I encourage you to read this article for the clearest understanding yet of what we are facing.

Then I encourage you to tell six people why Trump must be opposed and his political threat ended immediately.  The fate of American democracy now hangs in the balance.
