House Moves Toward Reclaiming Prerogatives Regarding Libyan Air Operation
In a vote today, the U.S. House of Representatives moved closer to asserting its Constitutional right to declare war. While still giving the President fourteen more days whereas he is already in violation of the generous provisions of the War Powers Act, the vote today puts the Chief Executive on notice that violations of the law will not be tolerated forever.
